Ms Roques was first appointed on 01 July 2023 and her Term of Office runs from 16 October 2023 – 15 October 2025. She is also Chair of Governors for the Unity Schools Partnership Trust’s other Special Schools.

Miss Mackenzie is an observer to the Governing Body and attends in her role as Deputy Head and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Mrs Weatherley was elected as a Staff Governor, sharing the position with Mrs Theodorou, on 11 March 2024 until 10 March 2028.

Mrs Theodorou was elected as a Staff Governor, sharing the position with Mrs Weatherley, on 11 March 2024 until 10 March 2028.

Ms Yeomans was appointed as a Community Governor on 01 September 2023 until 31 August 2027. She is Head of Music and History/ ELT at neighbouring St Edward’s Academy.

Ms Gammon was appointed as a Community Governor on 11 December 2023 until 10 December 2027. She joins us as a highly skilled and experienced educational senior leader. Ms Gammon holds experience of very successful Director level local authority work as well as inner city secondary school headship.

Mrs Dickerson was elected as a Parent Governor on 11 March 2024 until 10 March 2028. Her son joined the school in our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023.

Ms Pierson was elected a Parent Governor on 11 March 2024 until 10 March 2028. Her daughter joined the school in our first Year 8 cohort in September 2023.

Mrs Tansley was appointed as Community Governor on 11 March 2024 until 10 March 2028. She is also a parent of the school, with her daughter having joined us in our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023.
